Dominican Republic Day in London

EMA of London, fresh from their sponsorship of the Latin American Investment Forum 2012, met with the Dominican Republic Ambassador to the United Kingdom, HE Federico Cuello Camilo

The lunch formed part of the celebrations for Dominican Day in London and was hosted by the Caribbean Britain Business Council in the Caledonian Club.

The Ambassador spoke about the health of the Dominican Republic economy and the opportunities presented by many infrastructure projects. EMA of London as representatives of Giga Solar, Shanghai Construction Group and Shanghai Electric Group discussed various developments including wind parks and port construction.

The Latin American Investment Forum 2012 was attended by over 400 delegates from the financial and professional sector in the City of London and Latin America, who flew in especially for the event.
